Mahindra XEV 9e & BE 6: Over 6,300 Units Delivered in Just a Month

Mahindra’s all-new electric SUVs – the XEV 9e and BE 6 – have received a massive response in India. Within just over a month of launch, combined deliveries have crossed 6,300 units, showing the growing interest in electric mobility among Indian buyers.

On the very first day of booking, Mahindra received over 30,000 orders for the two models. Among these, the XEV 9e attracted the majority of the bookings, followed closely by the BE 6. This high demand reflects the strong trust in Mahindra’s new EV lineup.

Delivery Milestones

In the first month itself, over 3,196 units were delivered to customers, and this number has now crossed 6,300. The XEV 9e is leading in deliveries, which shows it’s the more popular choice between the two.

Powertrain, Range & Charging

Both models are based on Mahindra’s new INGLO EV platform and come with two battery options:

  • 59 kWh battery
    • XEV 9e: up to 542 km range
    • BE 6: up to 535 km range
  • 79 kWh battery
    • XEV 9e: up to 656 km range
    • BE 6: up to 682 km range

Both support fast charging – up to 80% in just 20 minutes with a 175 kW DC fast charger.

Pricing

  • BE 6: ₹18.90 lakh to ₹26.90 lakh
  • XEV 9e: ₹21.90 lakh to ₹30.50 lakh
    (All prices are ex-showroom)

These competitive prices make them attractive choices in the premium electric SUV category.

Delivery Schedule

Mahindra has planned a phased delivery system:

  • Pack Three: Started mid-March 2025
  • Pack Three Select: June 2025
  • Pack Two: July 2025
  • Pack One & Pack One Above: August 2025
